  • Payment Information: Billing details processed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). GroundRank does not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Communications: Records of correspondence if you contact us for support or otherwise communicate with us.

WordPress Credentials & Site Access

GroundRank requires access to your WordPress site to publish content. We take the security of your credentials seriously:

  • WordPress Application Passwords are stored encrypted and are used only for content publishing
  • We access your site solely to create, update, or manage blog posts
  • We do not access, modify, or store your WordPress admin password
  • We do not access other parts of your WordPress installation (plugins, themes, settings, user data)
  • Upon account cancellation, we delete your stored credentials within 30 days

AI-Generated Content

GroundRank uses AI language models to generate content. The content we publish is created using your business information (name, services, locations) combined with industry knowledge templates. Your business information is used as input to generate relevant, localized articles. We do not use your business information to train AI models or share it with AI providers beyond what is necessary to generate your content.

Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to:
