Terms of Service

Welcome to GroundRank. We are an online platform that provides automated blog content publishing services for businesses. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of GroundRank, a service owned and operated by WiseCorp LLC (“GroundRank,” “Company,” “We,” “Our”), including our website, dashboard, content engine, and all related tools and services (collectively the “Services”).

By registering for or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use GroundRank’s Services.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are eighteen years of age or older and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Description of Services

GroundRank provides automated blog content generation and publishing services for business websites. Our Services include:

  • AI-assisted generation of blog articles optimized for search engines and AI search systems
  • Automated publishing of content to your WordPress website via the WordPress REST API
  • Content scheduling and topic selection based on your industry, service areas, and seasonal relevance
  • Performance tracking and content optimization

GroundRank uses artificial intelligence to assist in content creation. All articles are generated using AI language models and are reviewed through automated quality checks before publishing. Content is AI-assisted and should not be considered a substitute for licensed professional advice in any regulated field.

Your GroundRank Account

To use the Services, you must create an account and provide accurate information including your business name, services, service areas, and WordPress site credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide inaccurate information, or engage in activity that harms the Services or other users.

WordPress Access & Publishing

To publish content to your website, you grant GroundRank permission to access your WordPress site via the WordPress REST API using credentials you provide (Application Passwords). GroundRank will use this access solely to create and manage blog posts on your behalf.

You are responsible for maintaining your WordPress installation, hosting, and site functionality. GroundRank publishes content — we do not manage your hosting, themes, plugins, or site security.

Content Ownership

You own all content published to your website by GroundRank. Upon publication, articles become your property. If you cancel your subscription, all previously published content remains on your site.

GroundRank retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated data about content performance for the purpose of improving our Services. We will not republish your specific content on other sites or share it with competitors.

User Responsibility

While GroundRank applies structured constraints and automated validation to all generated content, you are ultimately responsible for reviewing published content and ensuring its accuracy, compliance, and suitability for your business. GroundRank does not guarantee that generated content will be free from similarities to existing published material, and you should perform appropriate reviews before relying on content for regulated or compliance-sensitive purposes.

Subscription & Payment

GroundRank is a subscription service billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All fees are stated at the time of purchase and are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.

There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months of service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Generate content for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
  • Publish content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-written in contexts where such disclosure is legally required
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract our proprietary systems, prompts, or algorithms
  • Resell GroundRank services without authorization under our agency/white-label tier

Content Scope & Platform Restrictions

GroundRank is a closed-loop content system designed exclusively for generating blog articles for local service businesses. The platform operates within defined constraints:

  • Content is generated only for the client’s configured business type, services, and service areas
  • Articles are limited to blog-format content relevant to home service industries (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, and related trades)
  • The system does not support open-ended prompts, general-purpose AI queries, or content generation outside the client’s business scope
  • GroundRank does not generate content that replicates, paraphrases, or derives from copyrighted or trademarked material
  • The platform does not generate content related to medical advice, legal counsel, financial guidance, weapons, controlled substances, or any illegal activity

GroundRank is not a general-purpose AI tool. It is a structured content publishing system with defined inputs, validated outputs, and a narrow operational scope.

Content Validation & Quality Controls

All content generated by GroundRank passes through an automated validation pipeline before publication. This pipeline includes:

  • Structural quality checks (word count, formatting, heading structure, FAQ completeness)
  • Content relevance verification against the client’s configured business type and service area
  • Automated screening for prohibited content, inappropriate language, and off-topic generation
  • Editorial review process with automated scoring across multiple quality dimensions
  • Schema and metadata validation for search engine compliance

Content that fails validation is flagged and withheld from publication. GroundRank reserves the right to reject, modify, or withhold any content that does not meet our quality and compliance standards.

Human Oversight & Moderation

While GroundRank’s content pipeline is automated, human oversight is maintained at multiple levels:

  • Clients may review and request modifications to any published content
  • GroundRank staff periodically audit generated content for quality and compliance
  • Clients and third parties may report content concerns to support@groundrank.com
  • Reported content is reviewed by a human moderator and removed or corrected if necessary
  • Accounts that repeatedly generate or publish problematic content may be suspended or terminated

GroundRank takes responsibility for the quality and appropriateness of content generated through our platform. We maintain the right to disable any account or withhold any content at our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

The GroundRank platform, engine, templates, brand, and all associated intellectual property are owned by WiseCorp LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform, code, or proprietary content systems.

AI Content Disclosure

Content generated by GroundRank is AI-assisted. We believe in transparency about AI use. While our content is designed to be genuinely useful, accurate, and locally relevant, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. GroundRank is not responsible for factual inaccuracies in published content. We recommend reviewing published articles, particularly in regulated industries.

Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party services including WordPress, Stripe, and others. GroundRank is not responsible for the operation, availability, or terms of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WRITEDRIP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CONTENT WILL ACHIEVE ANY SPECIFIC RANKING OR BUSINESS OUTCOME. SEARCH ENGINE RANKINGS AND AI SEARCH CITATIONS ARE INFLUENCED BY MANY FACTORS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WISECORP LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO WRITEDRIP IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WiseCorp LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@groundrank.com. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms with or without notice.

Upon termination, your access to the Services will end, but all content previously published to your website remains yours.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Washington State.
